… These books and more may * soon * be available by email request… and now that so many of the worlds’ major libraries have online catalogs, it is possible to verify ‘lawful possession” and “lawful use” access to these major and other lesser known works in your country.
To conform with UK Copyright Law Section 31A, you will have to paste a statement in your request similar to the following:
I am legally registered with my home country as a person with a visual impairment disability.
The book that I am requesting in BRF Braille file is available to me either because I own a hard copy or because a hard copy is available at a library which I am eligible to use.
I will share my copy only with those persons who are similarly qualified both by disability and availability of hard copy… preferably they will contact us here directly.
I am exploring the possibility of making BRF files download-able from Microsoft Office Live Workspace in ZIP file where they can be accessed only by invitation…
… or else files will just be sent via email.
